It is said that cats have the rare ability to see into other realms - they are travellers, messengers, protectors.

I imagine their lives are like roaring rivers that branch out to find new paths through land, to find more lives to nurture and to deliver more messages to those who pay attention. 

Always on a mission, whether it’s to find more hands to feed them or more souls to caress with their presence, even cats surely must follow their life purpose like they follow the North Star.
